Dr. Hemalatha Seeram has 27 years of expertise in Teaching, Training and Operations. She is an expert in behavioural training for employees at all management levels, particularly Millennial generation. She has extensive experience in online digital learning as well as knowledge of lesson planning and content development. She held positions on numerous universities as Member Academic Councils and Boards of Studies for Management Studies. serving on the advisory board of an emerging Edu-Tech company. She participated in and presented over 21 research papers at the International, National, and Regional levels, of which 10 were accepted for publication in proceedings and peer-reviewed journals.
